Rate Details
As a courtesy to all Butler Flats guests, one private parking space is provided; however Bella Vita is not responsible for any lost or stolen property as well as any damages to your vehicle. Please note this property has a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and 3 night minimum stay on all holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends). Rates for holiday weekends are $309 per night.

*Please note: There will be a $20 up-charge for occupancy of five or six people. This MUST be noted in the reservation notes when booking or the AeroBed will not be set upon arrival. 

 

A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card for all stays.  The balance will be charged to your credit card at the end of your stay. Cancellations for vacation rentals require a 14 day notice.  Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are considered final. All holiday stays require a 30 day cancellation notice.  A $15.00 transaction charge will be applied to all cancelled reservations. Cancellations must be made by phone; e-mail cancellations will not be accepted. No shows or less than the required notice will result in full charge.
