Rate Details
Summer Holiday Rates are $399 per night (Memorial Day & 4th of July weekends as well as Labor Day weekend) all require a 7 night minimum stay. Note: During summer season, this is a weekly rental property; any requested stays less than 1 week during this time will be at the discretion of management.

 

A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card for all stays.  The balance will be charged to your credit card at the end of your stay. Cancellations for vacation rentals require a 14 day notice.  Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are considered final. All holiday stays require a 30 day cancellation notice.  A $15.00 transaction charge will be applied to all cancelled reservations. Cancellations must be made by phone; e-mail cancellations will not be accepted. No shows or less than the required notice will result in full charge.
