What is the cancellation policy for spa services?
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no shows will be charged the full service price.
What is the cancellation policy for group reservations?
Groups of 2-4 people must give at least 72 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Less than 72 hours notice will result in full charge. Groups of 5 or more people must give at least 7 days notice for any changes and 14 days notice for any cancellations, less than the required times will result in full charge.
May children receive spa services?
Out of consideration to other guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to receive spa services, however, children of all ages are permitted to receive hair services. See below.

Yes, children may receive hair services Monday - Friday.
What type of training does your staff have?
Each of our staff members are selected based on their high quality customer service skills as well as their exceptional form of techniques. All staff members are also licensed and/or certified in accordance with state laws.
Should I arrive early for my appointment(s)?
If it is your first visit to our spa you should arrive approximately 10 minutes early in order fill out a brief information/consent form. If you arrive late your technician may need to shorten your service time in order to stay on schedule for his/her next client. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
