Established in 2007, our Suites are conveniently tucked away in the middle of everything. While our building is over 100 years old, featuring original hardwood floors & exposed brick walls, our modern amenities give a city, loft-style ambiance. Each of our rooms features a king bed with 800+ thread count linens, down comforter, plush spa robes, gas fireplace, flat screen television, wireless internet, wet bar with mini-fridge & microwave, dual-head showers, and private parking. GUEST ROOM POLICIES:

A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card for all stays.  The balance will be charged to your credit card at the end of your stay.  Cancellations at Bella Vita Suites require a 7 day notice; cancellations for vacation rentals require a 14 day notice.  Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are considered final. All holiday stays require a 30 day cancellation notice.  A $15.00 transaction charge will be applied to all cancelled reservations. Cancellations must be made by phone; e-mail cancellations will not be accepted. No shows or less than the required notice will result in full charge.
