Suite Reservation Cancellation Policy  

50% (or a minimuim of one night stay) deposit will be charged to your credit card for all stays (i.e. week-long, multiple room reservations, holidays, special events). Two night minimuim stays required for summer season (May 25 - September 3) and all weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).      Off season subject to change. 

No charge for a room cancellation with at least  7 days notice. Spa & Suite Package cancellations are also without charge with at least 7 days advance notice. No shows or less than 7 days notice will result in full charge, unless rebooked. A 30% charge will be applied to all spa services not cancelled within 7 days of reservation.    

Bella Vita Spa & Suites is a non-smoking, adult only facility.  Thank you for your understanding.                                        

Spa Services Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all spa and salon services. If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, 30% of service price will be charged to your credit card. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will deduct the entire value from your gift certificate or credit card. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Children are only permitted in the spa when receiving services.  If you are fifteen minutes or more late for a service, we reserve the right to reschedule your service(s).
